OUR PLAYER EXPECTATIONS

• Players are expected to act with class and play the game with respect and effort.

• Profanity will not be tolerated, and is subject to removal from practice and/or the game.

• Players throwing equipment will be removed from the game immediately.

• Players consistently not hustling will be removed from practice and/or the game.

• Players will treat teammates, coaches, opponents, and umpires with respect and class.

• Players understand that being a part of the RoughRiders Baseball Club is a privilege and demands a high standard of behavior both on and off the field of play. 

• Players are expected to show up to all practices, games, and other team events.

• Players are expected to arrive on time to all practices and games with appropriate attire on (Shoes or Cleats, Workout Shorts or Baseball Pants, Assigned Practice Tee or Uniform, Team Hat) If you expect to be late, please notify your coach as soon as possible. 

• Players are expected to have their practice shirt or game jersey tucked in. Wear grey or white baseball pants worn at knee height, with navy socks, and navy belt. 

• Players understand that they must adhere to the Player Expectations.

• Players agree to represent themselves, their families, their teammates, and the organization with class and dignity.
